You will be matched with one of our partner accounting firm and become a manager,supervising the cloud accounting and advisory service. And you will obtain 6-12months on-the-job training and mentoring from Axel standards' cloud RESPONSIBILITIES-Manage a team of accountants to delivercloud based book keeping and accounting services. -Sales of accounting and businessadvisory service, building a trusted advisor relationship with foreign (Supervise the team to) Structureclients' financial administration and reporting system, and setup and trainingof cloud accounting (Supervise the team to) Regular reviewof clients' accounting system, and ensure data records are accurate and cleanup errors. -(Supervise the team to) Analyzefinancial statements and management reports, assist with cash flow (Supervise the team to) Providefinancial advisory services, such as internal control structure, localcompliance, performance optimization, cash flow forecast, budgeting, financialanalysis, tax planning etc. -(Learning to) Assemble and implementSAAS business solutions (e.g. inventory, expenses, POS etc.) to clients, andhelp to improve the business process and controlling, as well as optimize theirperformance. QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE-Interest in Entrepreneurship and foreignsmall and medium to quickly learn and utilizemodern cloud-based accounting and other addon communicator in English and Chinese(verbally and in writing).-Sense of building trusted relationshipwith owners of business clients. -Education

a bachelor'sdegree in accounting, business administration or related majors. CICPA, acca,CGMA, CIMA etc are
