shares at the end of the trading day in order to increase the share price. The following day, other investors follow this

Fenwick (1893), Ravan will be liable to pay the cycling supplier. Jasper, as store manager of a sports shop, has acted

within the usual authority of a sports shop manager, ie he has exercised his implied authority.
