英语答辩是面试中的最后一步,是指考生针对评审专家对课程设计提出的问题进行进一步解释说明,答辩作答方式通常为用英语作答。答辩问题常涉及教学内容方面,例如教学目标的设定是否合理、教学重难点是否突破、教学方法如何体现、教学活动是否达成教学目标以及是否符合学生发展水平等;此外,还会涉及课堂组织方面,如师生互动如何体现、学生兴趣如何激发及保持、教师反馈是否及时有效等。因此,答辩不仅能够考察考生英语教学的理念、课堂的把控力和引导力,而且能够考察考生的口语表达能力以及逻辑思维能力。
1. Please give an introduction of the teaching aims?
This is a reading. Teaching aims are quite important in a teaching design, acting as the leading role in the whole lesson. According to new curriculum standards and analysis of teaching materials and students, I set three-dimension teaching aims: knowledge aims, ability aims and emotional aims. In knowledge aims, it is to help students know more words about professions such as doctor, driver, farmer etc and master key sentence patterns about asking and answering professions, for example the sentence: What do/ does sb do? In ability aims, it is to improve students' abilities to read the story and to talk about professions. In Emotional aim, it is to arouse students’ interest in learning English and have positive attitude in talking about professions with the sentence pattern and words.
2. What will you do to make your class go on smoothly?
To ensure my class goes smoothly, I will mainly focus on the four aspects: firstly, students' belief in me. This is quite important, because it can help arouse students' positive emotion and lay a good foundation for the next step of lesson. The second one is the full preparation of the class. In this way, it can show teachers' devotion, profession and competence. The next one to have a good understanding of teaching procedures in class as they can guide students how arouse students' emotion and interest, lead them into the key part of the lesson and consolidate what they learn in class. In addition, they can help teachers manage the class in an orderly and wise manner. The last one is to create a domestic, equal and cooperative relationship, which can help students live and study in a relaxing atmosphere.
